ขอบคุณที่ลงถ้ำมากับศิลามณีนะ ข้อตกลงนี้คือกติกาสั้น ๆ ระหว่างเจ้ากับ [ชื่อผู้ให้บริการ] ("เรา") เมื่อเจ้าเล่นเกมที่ silamani.com ถือว่าเจ้ายอมรับข้อตกลงนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

1. เกมและบัญชี

เล่นฟรีบนเบราว์เซอร์ เล่นแบบ Guest ได้ทันที หรือผูก Google/LINE เพื่อเก็บเซฟบนคลาวด์และเล่นข้ามเครื่อง
ดูแลบัญชีของตัวเองให้ดี อย่าให้คนอื่นใช้ และอย่าซื้อ ขาย หรือยืมบัญชีกัน
ชื่อในเกม ชื่อห้อง และสิ่งที่โพสต์ ต้องไม่หยาบ ไม่เหยียด ไม่แอบอ้างเป็นคนอื่นหรือทีมงาน · เราเปลี่ยนชื่อที่ไม่เหมาะได้
ผู้เล่นอายุต่ำกว่า 10 ปีให้ผู้ปกครองช่วยดูแล และผู้เล่นอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีควรขออนุญาตผู้ปกครองก่อนซื้อของ

2. เล่นอย่างแฟร์

อย่าทำสิ่งเหล่านี้:

โกง ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่น แก้เซฟหรือข้อความที่ส่งไปเซิร์ฟเวอร์เพื่อเอาของหรือเปรียบผู้อื่น
ใช้บั๊กซ้ำ ๆ เพื่อปั๊มของ (เจอบั๊กแล้วแจ้งเรา เราขอบคุณมาก)
รบกวน กลั่นแกล้ง หรือคุกคามผู้เล่นอื่น ในห้อง กระทู้ หรือ Discord
สแปม ยิงคำขอจำนวนมาก หรือพยายามเจาะ ทำให้ระบบล่ม หรือเข้าถึงสิ่งที่ไม่ได้เปิดให้

ถ้าทำผิด เราอาจเตือน ลบของที่ได้มาโดยไม่ชอบ ปิดห้อง พักบัญชี หรือแบนถาวร ตามความหนักเบา

3. ของในเกม

ของ เลเวล เหรียญ และของแต่งตัวในเกม เป็นสิทธิ์ใช้งานภายในเกมเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินที่แลกเป็นเงินได้ และซื้อขายนอกเกมไม่ได้
ศิลามณีไม่ขายความได้เปรียบ (ไม่มี pay-to-win): ของที่ซื้อเป็นความสะดวกหรือของแต่งตัวเท่านั้น
เราปรับสมดุลของ ศัตรู และระบบได้ เพื่อให้เกมสนุกและยุติธรรม

4. เซฟของเจ้า

ตั้งแต่ v1.0 เราสัญญาว่า อัปเดตจะไม่รีเซ็ตเซฟ: เซฟจากรุ่นก่อนต้องเปิดได้ในรุ่นใหม่โดยของไม่หาย และเกมเก็บเซฟสำรองในเครื่องก่อนอัปเดตทุกครั้ง (ตั้งค่า › เซฟสำรองในเครื่อง) · แต่เซฟที่อยู่ในเครื่องจะหายถ้าล้างข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์ จึงแนะนำให้ผูก Google หรือ LINE · ถ้าเซฟมีปัญหา แจ้งในกระทู้ ทีมงานช่วยกู้ได้

5. ห้องเล่นหลายคน

7. สิ่งที่เจ้าโพสต์

กระทู้ รูป และไอเดียที่เจ้าโพสต์ยังเป็นของเจ้า แต่เจ้าอนุญาตให้เราแสดง เก็บ และนำไปใช้ปรับปรุงเกมได้ (เช่น ไอเดียที่ได้เข้าเกม) โดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทน เว้นแต่เราประกาศรางวัลไว้ · อย่าโพสต์สิ่งที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือข้อมูลส่วนตัวของใคร

8. ลิขสิทธิ์

9. บริการตามสภาพ

เราตั้งใจทำให้เกมเสถียรและเล่นได้ตลอด แต่เกมอาจปิดปรับปรุง มีบั๊ก หรือมีเหตุขัดข้องจากผู้ให้บริการภายนอกได้ · เรามีสิทธิ์เปลี่ยน เพิ่ม หรือหยุดบางส่วนของเกม และถ้าจะปิดบริการทั้งหมด เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย [30] วัน · ภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมจากการใช้เกม และความรับผิดรวมของเราไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่เจ้าจ่ายให้เราใน 12 เดือนที่ผ่านมา · ข้อนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายให้ไว้

10. การเปลี่ยนข้อตกลงและกฎหมายที่ใช้

Terms of use

Thanks for heading into the caves with SILAMANI. These are the short rules between you and [operator name] ("we"). By playing at silamani.com you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

1. The game and your account

It's free to play in the browser. Play as a guest straight away, or link Google/LINE to keep a cloud save and play across devices.
Look after your account: don't let others use it, and don't buy, sell or lend accounts.
In-game names, room names and posts must not be rude or hateful, or pretend to be someone else or the team. We may change names that don't fit.
Players under 10 should play with a parent's help, and players under 20 should ask a parent before buying anything.

2. Play fair

Please don't:

cheat, use bots or helper programs, or edit saves or the messages sent to the server to gain items or an edge over others;
abuse a bug over and over to farm items (report it instead; we're grateful);
bother, bully or harass other players in rooms, on the board or on Discord;
spam, flood the server, or try to break in, take the game down or reach things that aren't open to you.

If you do, we may warn you, remove what was gained unfairly, close a room, suspend the account or ban it for good, depending on how serious it is.

3. In-game items

Items, levels, coins and cosmetics are a licence to use them inside the game only. They aren't property, have no cash value and can't be traded outside the game.
SILAMANI never sells an advantage (no pay-to-win): anything sold is convenience or cosmetic.
We may rebalance items, monsters and systems to keep the game fun and fair.

4. Your saves

From v1.0 we promise that updates never reset your save: a save from an earlier version must open in the new one with nothing lost, and the game keeps a backup on your device before every update (Settings › Backups on this device). Saves kept only on a device are lost if you clear the browser's data, so we recommend linking Google or LINE. If something goes wrong with a save, post on the board and the team can help restore it.

5. Multiplayer rooms

A room's owner can let players in, send them out and set a password. What you collect in someone else's room belongs to your character in that room.
A normal room is open while its owner is in it. A room nobody opens for 180 days is deleted.
Room passes (once on sale) keep a room open even while its owner is offline, for the days bought. See the refund policy.

6. Purchases (once on sale)

Prices are shown in Thai baht before you pay [confirm: VAT included / no VAT]. Each purchase is paid once; nothing renews automatically.
Payment goes through Stripe (card or PromptPay), and only accounts linked to Google or LINE can buy, so purchases are never lost.
What you bought unlocks once Stripe confirms the payment. If you paid and didn't get it, tell us and we'll check and fix it.
Refunds follow the refund policy.

7. What you post

Posts, pictures and ideas you share stay yours, but you let us show and keep them and use them to improve the game (for example an idea that makes it into the game) without payment, unless we announced a reward for it. Don't post anything that infringes someone's copyright or personal data.

8. Copyright

The game, its art, sound, music, story and code belong to us (or to those who licensed them to us). Screenshots, clips, streams and videos about the game are welcome; we love them. But don't sell the game's files or use them to train AI models. Parts by others: the Mali, Srisakdi and Pixelify Sans fonts (SIL Open Font License); some voice acting and sound made with ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io); open-source libraries such as PixiJS (MIT).

9. The service as it is

We work hard to keep the game stable and available, but there may be maintenance, bugs or outages at the services we rely on. We may change, add or stop parts of the game, and if we ever shut the whole service down we'll give at least [30] days' notice. To the extent Thai law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the game, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here takes away consumer rights the law gives you.

10. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in an important way, we'll say so in the game or the patch notes before it takes effect. These terms are governed by Thai law. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.
